Thunderbolt Dual Monitors Air 2011

Is there a way to setup dual monitors via Thunderbolt (daisy chain) with a Mid 2011 Macbook Air?

I have tried and the second monitor does not work. Was hoping there is something I can download to make this happen...

You should use USB to hdmi/displayport/mini displayport adapter for the 2nd display.

I recall the 2011 MBA only supports 1 Thunderbolt Display. You'll need a 2012+ model.
