Thunderbolt issue with 24" ACD and 2011 13" MacBook Pro

Some of the newer 24's didn't seem to have this issue. I have two, only had the problem with one.

That's very interesting to me. The 24" ACD that I have is from the refurb store; I just got it two days ago. Other than one stuck pixel somewhat in the center of the screen, seems fine (will test more this weekend), but I was on the fence about the pixel. But if I'm fortunate to have gotten one that works with a Thunderbolt laptop, I'm definitely keeping it. The lower pixel density actually is great for me; everything is much easier to read. I don't think I'd be as happy with the Thunderbolt display, and the size already is almost too big.

I have a Question i have 2 23in monitors one is a lg the other is an aoc. Can i use one of these with the display port adapter its the dvi one and hook it up to a new 21.5 imac would it have flickering or would it be fine. I dont have the imac yet but i hope eventually
I can't answer that one. I know that some people have issues with flickering even with third party monitors, but not all.
