I'm not sure lots of people here will be able to help, but I'll ask anyways.

I have the latest version of Ti Device Explorer (which dates from 2007) on my Mac. When trying to send an assembly file (.8XP) to my Ti-84+ silver edition, I get this:

And yes, I tried different files. I tried to put the calculator into receive mode, but now the software won't launch.

Any suggestions?

Bump.

Anyone?

I don't mind letting this thread die after, but I just want to be sure no one has a solution before.

I've attempted to use TI's syncing software on Leopard, Snow Leopard, Windows 7, and XP, all with no luck. It was a very frustrating experience and I gave up on it eventually. Sorry I don't have a solution, but you might be saved some time and trouble by just abandoning it.

I have not had any success using the Mac version of TI Connect. However, the Windows version does work if used in a VM or in Boot Camp. I've never tried moving assembly language files though.
