Tidy Up or Duplicate Annihilator?

What's your preference for getting rid of duplicate photos in iphoto and Picassa? Or another rec.

You can use Speedup Mac software but I am not sure about whether it support iPhoto or not actually I haven't tried it for this purpose otherwise it is working fine with OS X Lion and other versions..

It can delete unwanted files. temporary files large file and duplicate files to speedup your sluggish Mac.
