Tiger " Bugs " The Crap Outta me!

Clean install here. One bug that's driving me nuts is that the last hidden application reveals itself when I wake from sleep or screensaver. Even when logging in, one of my "Login Items" apps always reveals itself, even though they are all set to hide at login.

I don't have this issue with sleep, but at login, I have the terminal set to load, and it doesn't seem to want to load hidden.... And of course it does happen to be the last startup item, since it's the only one I added manually (and so the agents for sidetrack, iCal and iTunes are all ahead of it).

My friend ordered a PowerBook last week.
Panther was preinstalled but a Tiger pack came with it.
