Given the comments so far, I wonder if this is a GM?

Definitely RC1 at a minimum.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think we are supposed to be discussing anything speicif about the release, including the release notes.

I'm not a developer nor do I know any. This is knowledge I have aquired from just reading different PUBLIC websites.
Also, why don't we just rename this website MacCommunity if we aren't "allowed" to discuss things.

The self proclaimed NDA police seem to be out in force in the forums today.

I didn't mean to come across that way. I am a new developer and genuinely don't know if I am supposed to discuss the release notes.

Well, take a look at the MR front page. The top article, at the moment, is the 10.3.9 update seed. What do you see? Did I post anything like that? As I said, I don't post the actual seed note, I just post a summary of the progress since the last seed. I'm not a lawyer, but I just don't see any harm in it; the information is out there, regardless of the summary I post.

True enough. I just didn't want to get into discussing and then have someone from Apple see the thread and revoke memberships.

EDIT: I wonder how we will know when we have the GM release. I imagine it wouldn't say "10.4 Pre-Release" in the info anymore?
