Hi, I recently experienced credit card fraud in which someone got my card info and made three expensive charges. My bank handled it well and I was not responsible for any charges (so far). The only charge that has caused an issue is one from Tiger Direct. There was a purchase of a bunch of playstation games using my card, a completely different name, and delivery to a state where I don't live. Tiger Direct challenged the claim and is making an issue of it. I'm not sure why Tiger Direct is making an issue of this, but it's creating a headache for me and definitely will keep me from ever ordering from them again. I thought it might be of interest to others who may face the same problem someday.
