Tiger Second DVD?

I've keep thinking people are meaning something else by the 2nd Tiger DVD. I ordered Tiger from MacConnection on May 5, 2005. I have searched the box numerous times and continuously find 1 DVD. Uno...One.

Am I the only one that only has 1 Tiger DVD? 😱

i am pretty sure that all copies of tiger shipped with 1 dvd

i bought in store on the release day and i only got one dvd

Nope, one DVD. Mac OS 9 wasn't included, and xcode is on the first DVD.

Maybe they mean the CD version? Though I suspect OS 9 isn't shipping with Tiger, so I kinda doubt it.

Is it possible that the people you were talking to were talking about system install/restore disks (which also include other stuff that comes pre-installed on the computer such as a couple of dumb games, appleworks, and so on), and not the Tiger retail DVD? I only got one disc also, and XCode is on that one disc.

EDIT: again, not including the iWork trial disc. 😉

Yes, thank you very much, you're right. They were talking about system restore type disks. Whew! I thought maybe I got Tiger-ripped off. I would never install classic anyway 😛, just curious!
