Tiger to SL - Apps wont open

Hi,

I have just installed SL on a system with Tiger on it. It installs fine, and looks to be OK. But when trying to open up any program like MAIL, SAFARI or even Software update it causes an error. Does anyone have any idea of how I could fix this problem. I am sure there is a way, I just don't know it.

Yep Tried that. Did not VERIFY though, only REPAIR the permissions.

Are you running the most up to date versions of the app?

try repair and verify then maybe a fresh install??
I had no problem going from Tiger to SL on Mac mini

I re-installed SL and its working fine now. Strange. But all is good.
