how do you all wear the watch? I was playing and just curious if "raise" reacts better on a tighter fit or not? I guess OS 2.0 is supposed to make "raise" even more accurate and I guess that's about a month away

Unless you're wearing it so loose the watch is moving independent of your wrist, eg. You rotate your wrist but the watch stays in the same place, I don't think it'll make any difference.

I wear my snug, but not uncomfortably tight. Since the bands (leather loop, milanese) are able to achieve essentially whatever fit you want, I've seen no discomfort at all where with more traditional watch bands (link), I've normally allowed a little slack for wrist swelling throughout the day.

My wrist raise function works no matter loose or tight. In fact it comes on many times while turning the steering wheel, reaching for some things, etc. If you are having difficulty in getting yours to activate, it could be a sensor problem.

I wear it so I can still put a finger (very slim for a man, 155 mm wrist) between the band and my wrist. Works as intended, mostly using one of my two sport bands.

My watch is not too tight or loose. It does not move around but it isn't so tight that its constricting my arm

This. My screen comes on constantly while I'm driving. There are times when it doesn't when I raise my wrist, but that's because I didn't move my wrist all the much when raising it.

I just notice sometimes it doesn't respond while others it does. It could be a sensor thing and I will hit the apple store tomorrow to see. Like said I have read OS 2 will improve it even more

Fairly snug here... and I tighten down my Sport bands when working out so it won't move around at all.

I noticed the other day that my screen wasn't consistently turning on when I raised my wrist. I reset the watch (held down the crown and side button) and it's working fine now. I have hardly ever had to do this, so it doesn't really bug me. It's been working fine ever since.

on the longer piece sports band, I have mine on the second dot from the edge. it's not too tight, but it doesn't go loose either.

Pretty loose for me. The heart rate still seems to work and rhe watch doesn't go into lock mode.

Depends on the band and my activity. For notched bands I will sometimes go between a snug hole and a bit looser hole. I prefer a snug fit while I'm actively moving or bicycling (so the watch doesn't ride down my wrist to the base of my hand), and a looser fit otherwise. My third party brown leather band fits best a little be loose. The snug hole is almost too tight. By comparison my Sport band has a hole that is just right.

One thing I love about my leather loop knock-off is that it is infinitely adjustment instead of incrementally adjustable, so it can always be adjusted to fit just right... even when my wrist shrinks or swells during the day.

Naturally, I like it really tight, but not painfully tight. Just tight enough feels nice. I don't want the thing falling off, but I also don't want to stop the blood flow.

As for the watch, I like it tight ;)
