Hopefully Tim will help in pushing sensible restrictions on the First Amendment to prevent hate speech.

You cannot restrict the First Amendment as the constitution overrides all laws. Furthermore all freedom of speech must be absolute as every exception will be exploited by corrupt politics.

Isn't it nice to be one of the wealthiest companies in the world so you can get involved in all of this green tech and philanthropy? Meanwhile, in the real world, small companies struggle to keep their doors open under ever-increasing regulatory burdens.
This JFK thing should be a lesson that today's Democratic Party isn't the same one that JFK belonged to particularly when one of their presidential candidates said that Apple needs to build stuff here not because it would create jobs and help the local economy but because it would mean more tax dollars.
