Tim Cook's iPhone4s Keynote

I've read about people saying Tim Cook lacked the enthusiasm of Steve Jobs during the keynote presentation, and I'm wondering if it was due to him knowing Steve Jobs was very ill and dying, or if that is his normal way of doing the keynotes.

Weird question, I know, just curious though.
