Have any of you ordered from Timbuk2? I've read tons of great reviews about how great the products are and how great the customer service is.. But on thursday night, I *thought* I ordered an outtawhack bag, but I recieved no confimation (and yes, I checked my junk mail a lot)[After I clicked buy or whatever, then it loaded to a page where it said 'no items in cart' an another button saying 'keep shopping?'] I emailed them right after and still no reply. It does not show up on the american express statement, so I assume I didn't get it.. Do I order again? Anyone have an experience like this?
