Time Capsule and new ISP

Hello. I've just moved from one ISP to another and I'm struggling to get TC on this network. Any suggestions pls? Thanks.
 
Tell us more about the setup with the new ISP. Did they maybe install a cable modem with a built in router? If that is the case you need to set either the cable modem/router into bridge mode or set the Time Capsule in bridge mode.
