Time Capsule and Port Forwarding

I need help setting up port forwarding on my Mac Mini using the wireless router Time Capsule to get better sound quality using Skype. I've searched everywhere and come up with nothing! At PortForward.com they only have a guide for the AirPortExtreme so all the screenshots and instructions don't quite make sense. I'm using OSX 10.5 and any help would be absolutely fantastic. it's simple if you know, your i.p. on the network, and the ports you want to forward. also whether they are udp or tcp

Is anyone out there who has done port forwarding with time capsule and can give me detailed steps???!!
