Time Capsule back up question

I just got a time capsule and it works fine and is backing up with time machine but for some reason it is putting the backups in folders on my desktop I cant figure out how to change it so it wont do that.

Maybe I am choosing the wrong one the time capsule is listed twice on the timemachine disk choice

i restarted and it stopped doing it
