Time Capsule back up

OSX Yosmite 10.10.4

MBP has stopped backing up to TC.
TC firmware is up to date Version 7.6.4
Airport Utility all looks good.

In Time Machine Preference I get "Preparing Back Up"
This message is there for an hour plus......

Any ideas?
