Hi!
I have a problem with my Apple Time Capsule. After some random time it seems to freeze and I have to pull out the power cord in order to it to work again, for a while.
I'm using the device as a Wireless Router, when it crashes, the wireless network disappears and the device is not accessible. I set up remote logging for the device, but log files does not give any errors or warnings.
Though that the device was faulty so I returned it, got a new one, still the same problem, returned it again, they didn't want to give a new one so they tested it, said it worked fine with over 20 wireless devices connected and with high load. So I guess the problem is somewhere in my house, gave my friend to test it for a week, he didn't have any problems.
Then I tried to mess with the settings, changed channel, changed security, some other settings, but nothing helped.
Is there a way to determine the problem which causes Apple Time Capsule to freeze?
