Time Capsule Help

Dear MAC People

I just bought a new MBP and i need help transferring some of the back up on my Time Capsule. Its just the music, a few programs and a little more.

But how do I do that?

Click on the
tme Machine icon or menu item (if you have it showing. Then fly back in the specific file you want the file were. So first navigate to you Music folder and then hit the Time Machine icon to bring up the Time Machine fly back window. To easy.

Or is this a Time Machine from your last Mac?
