Time Capsule - how does it work?

Just to add, some tests that CNET ran on the 500GB Time Capsule. The Time Capsule is absolutely great for what it does, just don't expect the speeds to be comparable to an internal or USB/FW HDD. And yes, I have ran into people that did expect this of the Time Capsule...

You will also want to install the Time Capsule application on your Mac in order to set it up.

What Time Capsule application? Is there one. What does it do?
