Right now I have ten videos (about 3GB) queued up on the YouTube uploader. My upload speed is 768kbps. I also just purchased The Shield Season 7 off iTunes (which was overpriced by the way, but I'm sick this weekend and going to stay in and enjoy it on my Apple TV). But since all my upload bandwidth is being sucked away by YouTube, my iTunes download speed is really slow.

Is there anyway to configure my Time Capsule (or OS X) to either:

1) Limit upload bandwidth so I have more downstream
2) Prioritize ACK packets

I see there are programs that do this (http://www.intrarts.com/throttled.html) but I don't want to spend $20.

Thanks.
