Time Capsule - new setup

Hello, I'm looking for any tips for setting up my new Time Capsule.

Here's is what I have:

1. MacBookPro
2. MacBookAir
3. 2 x External 1TB USB 3.0 drives (work stuff, photos, music, etc.)
4. Existing wireless router & network

I do notice the setup option that permits me to use this new device with an existing network, so I've selected the option.

I'm curious how I accommodate the the 2 MacBooks and the external drives. SHould I partition the drive for each device, or mingle in a single partition?

Suggestions?
