last two weeks, my wireless internet speed was very slow, then i first called bright house they said nothing wrong with your speed then I connected my computer to my time capsule with Ethernet cable and the speed was fine. Then I figured out, there is something wrong with wireless, I first restarted my time capsule ( behind it 5 sec button) then I erased everything inside of the time capsule. Funny thing is the light is green my computter sees the time capsule ,but connection is none. I am very frustrated is there anyway that i can put my time capsule the factory settings and also put the position that i the first time i bought it. If it works starting all over again🙁
