I have a quick Question..... I have a good 3 months worth of back up on my Time Capsule and nothing is wrong with it. But I want to restore my Mac its running kinda slow. So when I restore how can I make it where Time capsule backs up the new os to the old back up? that way I don't have to do a whole new backup?

Im wondering the very same thing and just started searching for this topic.

Can anybody help? I have the same problem... Mac is running a bit slow and decided to re-install everything but don't want to spend about 6 hours doing a manual backup of everything (178gb of documents, work stuff, music, videos, everything really)

Everything is backed up... but if i re-install mac osx.. will i be able to restore all my stuff?

Thanks in advance guys
