Time Capsule question

You know how when you get a new Mac, and during set up it asks you if you want to transfer everything from your old mac onto your new mac? Well, what if i don't have an old mac, I just have time capsule? Can I transfer everything from time capsule to new mac? 😕

Yes, there should be an option to restore from a Time Machine backup.
