Time Capsule questions

I want to delete all back ups of itunes in my time capsule since i'm doing the new organization method in itunes 9. How do i achieve this?

im not sure you need to but just navigate to your itunes folder on your current backup on your timecapsule. right click and select "delete all backups of . . . ". voila!
