I just got a time capsule and am setting it up as a network device. I currently have an orange livebox sagem (located in France) that I have been using as my network device.

During configuration I use the option to "add time capsule or replace existing device on my network". Then I go "replace existing base station or wireless device with Time Capsule." It give me options of which router I want to replace and I choose the livebox. I guess it transfers all the information from the livebox to the time machine then ask me to unplug the device.

Then it says that they want me to unplug the livebox and if I use it again to reset it to factory settings. I don't think that makes to much sense because the internet connection is coming through the livebox.

I hope this made sense. Can anyone help me with this?

Any luck with this?? I have just got livebox here in France as well and want to hook up my timecapsule to it, but have no idea where to begin, what with the bizarre software client that livebox seems to require to connect to the internet.

Any help would be appreciated!!
