My time capsule is stuck on preparing stage been like this all day and I did nothing new on my computer did not change any settings or mess up with time capsule settings or my router or any auto updates on my computer. I am not sure what has happen or how do I go by fixing this?

Are you talking about preparing to backup? If so go to the little Time Machine icon in the menu bar and click stop backing up. Reboot your Mac then hit back up now.
yes that was what I am talking about but after many fusing and even repairing disk "had no red issues" I had to do the last resort and now reformatted TM's hard drive says it will take an estimate of 4 or 5 days to complete 600GB on a RMBP SSD
