Time Capsule

    Hi guys...lookin to get a 1TB TC from Craiglist and is there a way to tell if a TC is the 1st or 2nd generation i believe its MC343LL/A....some of those TC being offered FS doesnt have the box either...thanks

    That's the product page for the latest 1TB Time Capsule. If you check the URL, you'll see the model number is MC343LL/A. That means that the one that you were looking at is the current version. That is assuming the seller is posting the model number of the unit and not just posting the current version's model number.

    PS - If you need to find any current Apple product's model number, just visit the online store's product page for that product and it will tell you the number in the URL. But be sure you are in your own coutry's online store since model numbers can differ from country to country.
