Time does not update when arm down in Always On mode

Ever since updating to OS8, I noticed that the time does not update in Always On mode until I rarise my hand. They watch then updates 5-10 minutes all at once. Always On is pretty useless if the data is inaccurate when glancing at your watch. Does anyone know if Apple is going to fix this?

Restart it by pressing the side button and digital crown for ten seconds until you see the Apple logo.

It worked for me!

This bug was present in watchOS 7 and was fixed with some later update, I think 7.3

Now it has returned, great work Apple….

Gonna try the restart but legit this is annoying me! I'm having tons of issues with Watch OS 8! What happened?
