iOS Time format for push notification server?

I want to show alert on a specific time on iphone using push notification.I have gmt +530 timezone in my local app.Suppose current time is 16:04:08 Gmt +530 and i want notification after one hour so currently I am converting it into UTC format and storing this time and alert message on server database.My server hosting is godaddy.com's.In which format godaddy's sever will return time? Because i'll have to send multiple notifications on different countries iphones according to their timezone. i want to know will i get the notification at my desired time? can someone tell me steps after storing UTC time on server? i will run cron job every minute and want to send notifications on multiple devices.
