Ok, so after months of TM working perfectly, i get this

then i format it, i did no extra security options, TM told me to format the disk cause it was "unrepairable", so after that, I get this:
why?
My disk is connected on the desktop with the Time Machine icon on it, and Time Machine in System Prefs clearly recognizes it, and I can enter time machine (obviously i deleted all my backups😡), but it cant back up to it? I mean, looky here:
What am i supposed to do now?
