Hey, guys. I'm backing up my data on my iMac to a Goflex drive in another room. I just got it setup and am about to backup. Only thing is, I have a LOT of data, and I'm pretty sure even my 2 TB Goflex is gonna be filled soon. Is it possible to make one master backup, and then set some exclusions for FUTURE backups? Thanks. Any extra tips on saving space is welcome :D

Yes, you can allow the initial backup to backup everything. Once it's done, go into TM's preferences and set your exclusions. Be aware though once the drive fills up, TM will start automatically deleting old backups first.

Thanks for the quick reply, SandboxGeneral! And yes, I am well aware of that ;) I don't think I'd need to worry about it too much because once I set exclusions for those large folders/files my future backups will probably be like over 1/2 reduced in terms of GB. Thanks again :D
