Time Machine backup

hey

i have to send in my mac for re-imaging, and i will have to delete everything off my laptop for this.. I have been regularly backing up on time machine... so if i erase everything off my laptop, is there a way i can get transfer my documents from time machine back onto my laptop????

Not sure why you can't restore your Mac yourself with the discs that came with it. Anyway, you can restore with Time machine. Here's an Apple doc on it.
