Keep getting that TM backup cannot be completed due to some files unavailable, only happens when my Macbook Air M3 is locked. I'm on the latest Sequoia.

Many entries in logs like this for different files in local snapshots: backupd[684:2a15a10] [com.apple.TimeMachine:FileProtection] Failed to acquire device lock assertion for '/Volumes/com.apple.TimeMachine.localsnapshots/Backups.backupdb/...

Tried to put those files in exclusion list, tried removing local snapshots, makes no difference. Even deleted some of those, then different ones appear in the logs. Tried also wiping out my backup disk, running first aid on both the backup disk and the "Macintosh HD", no issues found, still no luck.
Any workaround?

BTW, after adding new exclusion paths based on logs seems like problem is solved for now. In my case the problematic files were under Biome paths.
