Time Machine - Emails

I backed up my system via time machine 2 days ago.

Today I deleted my trash in my AOL account. Can I retrieve my AOL files via TM? If so, what is the procedure?

What mail program did you use to receive your AOL mails?

Apple Mail?

If yes -> have a look at this path in your TM backup:

/Users/yourusername/Library/Mail/V2
