Time Machine Error when linking files on backup volume?

Can someone please let me know why I might be receiving the following error message each time Time Machine attempts to perform a backup?

I am getting this error on my Mac Pro desktop machine running Leopard 10.5.6, and my Time Machine Volume is an eSATA 4TB RAID+0 (striped; 4 x 1TB disks).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

This could be a bunch of different things. The alert notifications on time machine are not very detailed. You will need to dig into the actual logs. To do this follow these instructions and do a google search on the specific error that pops up in the log.
