Hi,

I want to make another small backup on a USB with my most important stuff (files/spreadsheets/photo's) that are irreplacable, would both my computer and backup disk fail somehow.
Now, the only way I think this is possible, is to exclude everything from my backup that I don't want in there, but is it possible to do it the other way around?
I'd rather select 3 folders I want backed up, instead of excluding the 20 others I don't.

Could anyone help me out on this? Or is there another program that would fit my needs?

Regards

CarbonCopyCloner can do a selected and scheduled backup.

CarbonCopyCloner can do a selected and scheduled backup.

Great!

I'll check it out. But does it also start working automatically when you plug your drive in, like it does with time machine?

Like, I want to make a backup with my most important stuff on a USB thumb drive that I can take wherever. And whenever I feel like making a backup of the stuff (or if it needs backing up), I could just plug it in, and CCC will start working automatically?
