Time Machine & iTunes

If I wanted to go back to iTunes 7.5, could I delete 7.6 off my system and then restore 7.5 from my time machine back up.

Sounds like it would work, but I'm not sure about my library, would it get changed back as well?

You may have to also restore the library file. Try it -- there's no harm since you can restore 7.6 again using Time Machine.
