Time Machine to new MBP from old MB

So I just got my new MBP and transfered everything over from my old MacBook Time Machine. I had to rebuild my library folder because the keyboard didn't work as my user and then when I plugged in my Time Machine Backup Drive, it wanted to create a new time machine backup and I could not see my drive.

How do I fix this? Suggestions?
