I support about 35 users at work and I came up with a thought: Is it possible, or even feasible, to set up Time Machine to back up to an XServe with 1TB of space? If not, is there a solution out there to do this?

Well you could just network the 1TB drive as a share and the set Time Machine to use it to backup too. It will slow the network right down though, especially when you first set it up and you have 35 computers flooding the network all trying to write to the same drive.
I really wouldn't recommend that approach at all. You'd want to use a RAID 5 or RAID 6 array to store all the data, and then take backups from that using DAT or something similar.
I should have stated that I don't want to back up their entire drives, just the documents folder. I suppose I am stretching it a bit.
Do you know of any automated solutions for this? I need a pretty foolproof backup system for my peeps. They can't remember to do it themselves which makes more work for me when they lose something and I have to get the Data Rescue disc out!
