I'm copying some files onto a flash drive and noticed, time machine states it's backing up zero kb of 246GB.
It then goes on to back up some stuff.
does the zero mean it is looking for stuff to back up?
just happen to notice it backing up and got curious.
thanks

I noticed mine was backing up 104kb of 96GB today. I let it sit for a few hours and it finished. It was also encrypting the harddrive which took 1 day for a 3TB. My 4TB drive took 5 days so I'm confused why it was faster this time.
