Time Machine won't back up properly?

Whenever I open time machine and try to go back into the past, it always leads me to last Tuesday, even if I backed up yesterday. What's wrong with it? Do I need to reinstall it or something?

Beats me. I'd just try formatting the Time Machine drive and setting it up again.
