Time Machine

I keep plugging my time machine disk and it's not being recognized by my computer. The light comes on, on the drive so I know it still works.

Any suggestions?

When you select the TM partition, press the MOUNT button.
If that doesn't work, go to the FIRST AID tab and click VERIFY DISK.

Ok, I tried both it can't be repaired it says to reformat it. 🙁
