2x2GB ordered in October of last year has suddenly stopped being recognized over the last couple of weeks. I've tested it on both risers - no dice. The OEM RAM works fine and borrowed Crucial RAM also works.
Sent off an e-mail today asking about how to return it for fixing or replacement - we shall see how it goes.
I had to return the first set (at my expense) they sent in October - one DIMM had a contact chipped. They sent it right out. Hoping this goes as smoothly - don't even mind paying shipping to get it fixed.
