Time Zone Backup iPhone incorrect?

Hey All,

i have some problem when backup iPhone 4 with iOS 5.0.1 via iTunes
Time stamp in file backup late a hour when compare with time on PC.
What wrong about setting? i set same time zone between iphone and my PC.

and when i backup, Why new file backup replace the old file backup alway.

Why don't you use iCloud for backup with an occasional iTunes backup? You can authorize iCloud backups in settings of your iDevice.
