Time Zone Problem

I have my iPhone and apple watch set to South Korean Time zone, however the watch showes me a complete different time. even if i reset the watch and reset it to the Korean Time zone, it still doesn't show the correct time. Anybody else has that problem or just me? How can I fix it? 😕
