Forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

I have been looking for the past week at a way of displaying different American time zones as widgets (Central Time/Pacific Time ect) but can't seem to find a widget which does this (they all do places not a time zone)

Does anyone know of a widget or a way i can do this ?

I live in the UK btw and can't seem to wrap my head around which city is where hence wanting a quick reference on what time it is in each zone.

    Thanks LC

OS X can be set to automatically adjust for time zones. That might help you.

If you google "world clock" you will may find a web site which will present the north american time zones as you want.
