Timed Video Screen Capture (Kinda Like a DVR) on Mountain Lion?

Greetings,

Apologies in advance if this question is in the wrong section of the forum.

I am looking for a program that will begin recording video from a website at a certain time and turn off at a certain time - kinda like what TiVo/DVRs do on a TV. I have upgraded to Mountain Lion.

I have been able to do this with audio only (not video) in the past with Audio HiJack.

I have Keyboard Maestro if that helps.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
