Timekeeping changing the city

I really dont care what time it is in apple land.
How can I change this?

Go to clock app on your phone and add your city, the put your city first.

You can set your own cities in the world clock tab of the clock app on your phone.

You can customize the watch face to show any city you have (or none at all) by force-pressing on the watch face to customize.
